To Clip or Not to Clip (Coupons, that is!)

In the past two days I’ve spent $21.58 (saved $19.90—almost HALF of my total!) and bought:

DSCN6335 10 – boxes Instant Quaker Oatmeal ($0.95 each)

10 – bottles Vitamin Water ($0.50 each)

2 – Ziplock quart size storage bags ($0.79 each)

2 – Glade Relaxing Moments scented candles ($1.50 each—not the best price, but my husband’s dog has some serious gas and I had a coupon soooo…..)

2 – half gallons Silk Almond Milk ($1.25/each)

Please note that some items are not pictured because they were either: A) Taken to work, B) Drank or C) Currently being burned. :)

Prices shown are  after coupons and sales. Obviously I’m sold on the idea!

But as fairly decent as this and other transactions of mine have been, they ain’t NOTHING compared to some other Coupon Queens’! Check this out.  Be sure to scroll down to December’s winner, Amber Bustanoby. She’s the local woman who inspired me to kick my coupon shopping into hyper-drive and owner of Coupon Connections NW.com (see button on side bar)!

Oh, and FYI: Sierra adores babysitting for the Bustanoby kids and their oldest is one of my former Awana Cubbies. :)

If you’re still unsure as to whether or not all this clipping and price matching is worth it, I invite you to read this. :)
