The Top FAQ’s Regarding the Fit Mommy Challenge

What are the most frequently asked questions regarding the Fit Mommy 10 Week Challenge?

  1. “Can I still participate, even if it’s past the kick-off date?” and
  2. “Can I participate even if I don’t have a blog?”

Short answer to both: YES!

Now before you start doing the Snoopy dance, here are some things you should know… :)

Late participants are still required to:

  • Set a specific, challenge-worthy goal for themselves and share it with the rest of us, whether via comment to the weekly Fit Mommy Friday meme, or through their blog if applicable
  • Check in each week for both encouragement and accountability

Also, please keep in mind that the date in which you sign up determines how long you have to accomplish your goal. If your goal is to lose 15 pounds by December 31st and you’ve joined the Challenge in late November, you’re going to have to push yourself harder than the others in order to be successful. Make sense?

Long story short: No one gets a free pass! {Mmmwa ha ha!}

This is a challenge, therefore everyone is expected to maintain the rules of the game, no matter when they signed up. This not only keeps things fair, but provides us all with a huge sense of accomplishment when it’s all said ‘n done. :)
